The Association of Laboratory Managers is a non-profit organization led by a volunteer board of active laboratory managers who are committed to helping managers of laboratory-based organizations grow their skills and become better leaders. 

At this year’s program, ALMA will be celebrating its 42nd anniversary of laboratory leadership training. ALMA 2021 will be a virtual event, offering the opportunity for managers and future managers of laboratory organizations to develop their skill though a series of webinars, workshops and roundtable discussions that will run from September into early 2022. Kalleid will be the official sponsor of webinar on December 2nd entitled Climbing the lab management ladder – a mentoring session with senior leaders.
