What to Expect

Step 1: Initial Scoping Discussion (~1 week)
- High-level discussion of responsibilities and skills needs.
- Develop customized search strategy aligned with your organization’s needs.
- Establish clear success criteria for the placement.
- Determine initial contract duration (e.g., 3 months renewable).
Step 2: Candidate review process (~2-4 weeks)
- We evaluate our database of pre-qualified industry professionals against your requirements.
- If necessary, an online job posting is created using targeted industry channels.
- We conduct initial screenings through interviews, questionnaires and/or technical discussions.
- Only candidates who meet both technical requirements and cultural fit are advanced.
- We manage all interview scheduling and follow-up communications.
Step 3: Final staffing decisions and contracting (~1-4 weeks)
- You review a vetted set of prioritized candidates with detailed qualification summaries.
- We handle all placement logistics once you select your preferred candidate(s).
- We coordinate comprehensive onboarding to ensure a smooth transition to your team
Step 4: Ongoing support (contract duration)
- All placements have access to strategic coaching from our Consulting Delivery Lead.
- We conduct quarterly reviews with both our clients and placements to ensure needs and requirements are being met.
- You receive a quarterly summary of placement priorities and accomplishments to ensure ongoing alignment with your objectives, as appropriate.
